Jeff helped us find bikes and equipment we needed. The customer service by the team was excellent with high attention to detail. They took time to educate us on the products and made sure our needs were exceeded. Very patient with us. Showed us how to ride the e-bikes-as these were our first electric bikes. Past injury made me think I could not ride any more. The assist on my electric bike gave me back my riding independence and endurance. If you are looking for an electric bike go by the Wheaton store. They are competent, super friendly and simply the best!

We recently purchased 12 Pedego e-bikes for a couple different locations. These bikes are the most fun thing I have done in a while. We look forward to spreading the positive word about e-bikes and breaking the barrier between experienced and novice riders. People of all ages and physical fitness level can come together for the same ride and have fun. I am so thrilled with my Pedego. It has opened up my world. I have been a little hesitant about riding a bike for any distance due to a hip injury. And now, I have confidence to go out and enjoy a long ride because I have the assist that I need. My Pedego is the hit of the neighborhood too. Everyone wants a test drive. I can’t say enough positive things. A must have accessory is the Sena helmet with Bluetooth to phone or intercom to another helmet. You can hear clearly without having plugs in your ear. The Wheaton store staff were a delight to work with. They are passionate about their store and the products they sell. This all translates to excellent customer service! YIPPEEEEEEEE

I had been looking for an adult electric bike online for a month, but was hesitant to buy something without trying it out and without knowing of a place that services all the different brands. Ironically, I saw that Pedego just opened in Wheaton a few blocks from our house, so I took my teenagers there with me to look around. The owners could not have been nicer and more helpful. They let us ride the bikes, they were so friendly...my son just said the other day “I might ride over to see Jeff and Andie to say hi”. We ended up getting a bike the next day from them, and it is SO fun to ride. Money very well spent, and I highly recommend the Pedego brand as well as the Wheaton shop. Great experience!

Shopping here was an absolute joy! The owners are very warm and friendly, and above all, know their onions when it comes to electric bicycles. I had been researching electric bikes on line and decided that a Pedego was the bike for me. I was delighted to learn that a Pedego shop was opening in Wheaton, IL. I was even more delighted that they carry a ton of stock! I was encouraged to take a test spin. After the test spin I purchased an Interceptor Platinum, and I couldn't be more pleased.
