Let me just say I have 3 daughters who have been going here since 2011 and I have always wanted to switch their dr but kept putting it off but this just took the cake today!! I had an appointment for 10am and I arrived at 9am after I dropped my other kids off at school. I went to the front desk after waiting for an hour and asked how long till my child is seen she said, “they have 3 people in front of her“ I said, “I’ve been here an hour and my appointment was for 10am” she said, “there is 9:15 and 9:45 appointments before me” keep in mind it is now 10:05 and I have been waiting an hour already and more importantly why is a 9:15 appointment still waiting after an hour? I didn’t expect to be seen before my appointment time but I did expect to be seen at my appointment time I went there 3 weeks ago to get my daughters ears pierced and I was supposed to be in and out. They brought us to the back right away marked her ears and left out the room. We ended up waiting for almost 2 hours and after my daughter fell asleep we left without our daughters ears pierced! Moral of the story they are slow as hell even if you show up to your appointment before or on time and if your late they penalized you but they are allowed to have you waiting for 2 plus hours.

The wait time is long, even when I schedule an appointment ahead of time. However, the staff is friendly.

You shouldn’t have to wait for hours just to get seen by your doctors. I’d understand if I only had to wait 20, even 30 minutes, but over an hour is unreasonable.

I'm here now got here 11:45 brought back at 1:30. And now I'm in the back waiting room. Not a patient room but waiting room. I mean this is EVERY visit. Who has to take a day off to see the doctor. I hate to admitt my kids have to be EXTREMELY sick for me to even bring them in. I realize this review won't work or make a but of difference. But if you add associates you need to build more rooms and hire more nurses. They running around like chickens with their heads cut off. This was my doctor as a child but I am looking on to another office to switch to.

They draw blood every single time you bring your child in...unless it's a well visit. What a way to make your kid grow up hating doctors and never wanting to go to one even if they are ill. It's a great way to ensure that people die of something preventable.
