I was looking to get a piano locally instead of thru the mail since it's a big item so I checked out their website to see if I could find inventory. I'm not real sure but I did see what I was looking for so it saved me an hour drive there and a hour drive back.

Stopped in just to ask a few questions, and was rewarded with an excellent customer experience. I had rented from them years ago, and always remembered them as a nice family operated local business. That has not changed. The woman assisted me, taking all the tiime necessary to answer my questions, and provide invaluable information, despite there being no chance of a sale or service contract. If pianos arre part of your world, drop on in. They're great people.
The owner was incredibly knowledgeable, and went out of the way to help me get what I needed.
Delivered our Baldwin safe and sound. Worked well with our crazy schedule.
