Great help! I thought for sure I was going to have to replace all the locks in my truck, Ignition cylinder and door locks. Turns out I only needed a couple of keys cut the right way by someone who actually knows what he's doing. Saved me lots of time and money on this job, and had it all straightened out in just a few minutes! Awesome, I recommend All County Lock and safe to anyone, and Im very grateful for their help! Thanks!

Asked for & got quote over the phone to re-key my front door lock. Easy to deal with. Excellent service & reasonable prices; much simpler & better than a nearby locksmith who quoted me almost twice as much for parts & services I did not ask for or need. Complied with COVID requirements. Would recommend & use again.

Mr. Lance Wilson, the proprietor of All County Lock & Safe, is a consummate craftsman. Finding his business has been fortunate. He is one of the last of a great tradition of American artisans and metalworkers in New England going all the way back to Paul Revere. Mr. Wilson is honest and thorough. He knows his field of expertise so well that he not only can provide just about any lock and key for any home, car or business, but he can also creatively problem solve any usual situation. He has been in business for three decades and earned a loyal following of satisfied customers. I had tried getting my keys at the usual hardware chains and home supply chains. Those chains are limited by the “one size fits all” mass production model. Even their most conscientious key-making employees can only work from a limited choice of prefab products. Mr. Wilson has an impressive array of materials to accommodate customer needs, and the patience and skills to solve most problems. He was able to replace an out of stock trunk key for my 27 year old vehicle that not even the auto Dealer could supply. I brought in the two parts of this key which broke apart in the lock. No problem! He created a new key on the spot and even climbed a hill (to my parked car) to be sure it would properly operate the trunk lock. I then purchased more keys for different types of doors and am pleased with their quality. A bonus to shopping at Lance’s business, is his high regard for the dignity of women. He proudly shows photos of his daughter enjoying life as an athlete and outdoors enthusiast. He is proud of her Bachelor of Science degree and her career choice to be a veterinarian. I mention this, because in too many auto and similar shops, there are calendars and photos displaying women in disrespectful ways. I have recommended “All County Lock” to become the official locksmith for the summer residential community where I am staying.

All County was referred to me by another locksmith, who did not have the availability to help us in a timely manner. All County was quick to respond, showed up when promised, and did a great job in a speedy manner, re-keying 1 lock and installing a new lock on another door. He cleaned up after himself and cut me 2 extra keys. All around great service, very professional, and would definitely use them again in the future.

I have dealt with this locksmith 2x in the past 11 years regarding getting copies of skeleton keys made. The first time he did it but complained that it's a lot of work...it's not like I was asking him to do it for free! Also, I'm pretty sure making keys is his job... This morning I went in with a key for a new property and he tried to talk me into replacing the lock \because they're not meant to be used every day\. I told him we use the keys he made previously every day with no problems and then he just flat out refused to do it. He must be lazy and only wants easy . I will never patronize his business again.
