Loved that when I walked in there were bright and very cheerful fabrics to greet me! That was awesome. You can find sewing kits to make on the shelves and notions toward the back. Today was mug rug run day. The owner was behind the counter when I walked in and fully engaging her customers. She offered a plethora of knowledge to her guests when asked about the origin of the mug rug run and how she likes to participate. I had questions about tools and each and every one was answered without hesitation. Overall, this is a great little shop filled with fabrics to please everyone's tastes.

Walked in, not even greeted by the older woman in the shop. Good quality fabrics but I think it's as good as the customer service that is provided.... Walked out with nothing since I didn't feel comfortable or helped. Very sad!
Just left. Walked in, lady said hi. Didn't extend herself, ask if I were looking for something, just resumed conversation with gentleman. When I left, she said thanks for coming in. Just a feeling that walking in, you would have been interupting her. There are plenty of other quilt shops in the area. I'm heading to them.
From the moment we walked in, we were treated as old friends. The batiks are lovely and high-end. All the fabric is excellent quality. We had a lovely visit with Peggy who gave tips and suggestions just as if we'd been quilting friends for years. I will definitely be back even though there's well over an hour's drive and many other places in between.
I was quite impressed with the selection of fabrics in this store. There were lots of different options, sorted by styles so that you could find fabrics that worked well with each other. I got a chance to talk to Peggy and she was a gem. You can tell that she is passionate about quilting and does so much herself to keep the store going. I would like to spend some more time here with some specific projects in mind. Picked up their Row by Row kit for 2017 and was lucky enough to be here when they were having their Mug Rug shop hop and got the fabric and instructions for a mug rug for free.
Friendly!!! Peggy makes you feel like you've been coming there for years! Prices are competitive and the selection yummy with upper end quilting fabrics. Lot's of notions, books, and classes. I totally enjoyed my visit, and plan to go back on a regular basis.
I took my mother who does quilting and there was some mistrust and discrimination on the part of the Lady attendant. I live in Texas and we would have no reason to go to a quilting shop to do any kind of scam. Have more common sense please. The store is good as far as possible but this episode was regrettable on the part of a lady who would be my great-grandmother We were well treated in the beginning but after she know that my mother is in the country for tourism, in time to pay began the discrimination and distrust.
Lots of quilting goodies, and nice, helpful workers.
