Love this place! The grooming staff is amazingly friendly and dedicated to customer satisfaction! They took excellent care of my 2 babies (Ghost and Tori). Can't say enough wonderful things about the staff there!!!

I take my puppy there for her shots and buy all of the things I need for her. Plus the groomers are Excellent. Would recommend.
I love this place. The people that work at the hotel are clearly dog lovers. They are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. When I made my reservation the young lady explained all the options and suggested some things but with no pressure. I called to check on my baby May and the young lady (whose name i don't remember) right away recognized my dog. She was so helpful and updated me which made me feel much better. Good customer service is everything and the hotel has it. Definitely will continue to bring my dog here.
I received a call about my dog not being cooperative during his grooming session and for me to pick him up. They said he was not allowing them to touch his right paw. I found this strange as my dog is extremely friendly and loving with everyone. I asked them to check and see if it was his Declaw and they said that was it and everything was ok. When I arrived to pick up my dog everything seemed ok until I started checking out his haircut. It was terrible! Not blended at all. I had to take him home and blend him myself. He was awfully quiet (not his usual self) for a few days and something keeps telling me that grooming session played a big part in it. I will NOT be taking my dog back there and I recommend putting some cameras in the “back room” to see how dogs are being treated behind closed doors! I’m not one to write reviews but for this one I had to let it be known.
Great workers. And they love the animals. Love the way they help you out in make you pets look good.
