I am so glad ONeal Medical is taking care of business while protecting its customers! Farrah came out to my car, picked up my CPap, took it inside for a checkup, and returned it to me in my car. I had been having problems with it and Farrah fixed the problem! I left happy and with a working machine!

O'neal has been my CPAP supplier/support go-to for several years. They all are friendly and always helpful. During this \challenging time\ the necessary curbside interaction with masking and social distancing is very professional and courteous. Farah is very knowledgeable and up to date on multiple CPAP systems and the proper accessories. She quickly re-set my machine's prescription and provided me a status update on my machine. They are a pleasure to work with. B
My husband has been on oxygen since 2015. Since 2017 he has repeatedly asked about a portable concentrater. Repeatedly he was told that he did not qualify and would not qualify until he had been on oxygen for 5 years. Now he has a doctors prescription for one but they will not submit it to Medicare because he will be \in the gap\ starting in April and they will not be receiving any reimbursement from Medicare, but would have to continue providing service regardless.
