I've been dealing with Terry for 5 years now. He's a Gold Mine! After frustrating dealings with Alabama's only BMW Motorcycle Dealership in Birmingham I discovered Terry's Two Wheel in Pelham. What a pleasure to know I'll have one on one communication with the actual mechanic. You can always expect a straight up honest personable experience with Terry. Eventually I asked Terry if he would consider servicing my 2009 HD Ultra (assuming he was exclusive with BMW), he replied "no problem". Needless to say, I'll never take my Ultra back to HD for service. Not as long as Terry's around.
