DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT rent from Pelican Stays. All of their furnishings are cheap and raggedy, and dare I say even DANGEROUS! (Unstable chairs, etc). Also their business plan includes month to month leases where they get you in at a certain rate and then proceed to hike the rate up by 50% or more the following month! Also, good luck getti ANYTHING fixed. Poor customer service as well. Just an all around HORRIBLE business that does not care about customer satisfaction in the least.
