The front desk clerk said you don't take Medicaid. The blonde with glasses she sits on the left looking at the check in. After reviewing your website it clearly states you do accept Medicaid. I'm curious why my insurance was not taken and checked before I was asked to pay out of pocket. This feels like it was done completely wrong. The first person I met in this office lied to me.

i had an overall good experience here. i mean, you do have to wait awhile, but that is to be expected with everything going on. that’s basically every place right now. the workers were very nice and courteous and the lady who did my covid test was very sweet.

They are lucky it makes you put a star on here. My suggestion would be to get better office management and yrain the front staff. NOT a experience I ever want to have to endure again

Four words to describe my experience. DO NOT GO THERE! This is my first review ever and I feel like I have to share my experience. First horrible experience was regarding my leg in which I had to go back 4 times to get it figured out and when I finally had a ultrasound done, the nurse said wait 24 hrs and AFC will call with results. Never heard from them so I called multiple times and ever time I got back, someone will contact you back. Exactly two months later I received I call out of the blue saying my results were negative!, LOL. The final straw that broke the camels back was I brought my 19 month old in to have her ongoing ear infection issue after tubes looked at. We were placed in the patient waiting room for 2hrs and 20 mins waiting for a doctor to come which never did. If anyone has ever experienced trying to entertain a 19 month old as a male for that extended period of time in a 6x8 room knows the pain I went through. No one ever checked on us other than 10 mins after going into the room. They do have several nice nurses on staff. I finally walked out and my wife called complaining and we got the O you were next on the list and the famous excuse, WELL WITH COVID-19 AND ALL! We have really lost our way in America since Mar 2020.

The entire staff was kind and efficient. They were quite busy but followed all rules (6ft, masks, had a clean and dirty pen basket). This is a great facility to get tested at.
