Customer Service at the Pell City office is always cordial as well as helpful. My service is good most of the time. We have had some issues but nothing too devastating. I am a teacher and teaching online in the Spring of 2020 was difficult but I cannot really blame that on Hargray. Overall I am a satisfied customer.

I went to the office but it was closed. I saw a man out back and he offered to make a copy of the document I needed to show them. He did that and left it for the office staff. I am pleased with the TV and Internet service we get.

Internet very unreliable. Technician has been out and there is no issue with my equipment yet every time I report outage Hargray gets in touch 3 days later instructing to me to reset my equipment. As if I hadn't thought of that already. I've had no internet for 5 days now and TEACH online. Don't waste your money and avoid moving to Lincoln if you have any hopes of decent modern technology.

Getting better over time as they rebuild the entire 70s era cable network in the Pell City, AL area. A lot of work yet to be done, and it can be very frustrating for us as customers, but Hargray is working hard. One thing that can help Hargray build strong and positive customer relations is via thorough messaging and a modest, short-term discount until they have established area-wide network stability, quality, and higher than national average bandwidth. Otherwise, they'll be perceived and valued no differently than Big Cable.
