Chad was my sales person. He was very informative, knowledgeable, and fair. He shared his personal experience with Pella windows in his own home. Although I knew Pella made a good product, I still needed assistance with choosing the specific level of product that fit my needs. Chad did an excellent job with helping me, without any pressure. Pella is expensive, but I am paying for a high quality window, workmanship, and a lifetime warranty. I’m looking forward to having my new windows installed.

Chad was a great resource in helping us replace our large sliding glass doors. I really liked the photos of past jobs and the clear explanations of the processes. Every step was explained so we know what is going to happen and when. Worked with Jason Allen and we are incredibly satisfied. From the ordering process and home planning to ultimate delivery, every aspect was very easy and efficient. Jason went out of his way to ensure every detail was attended to and delivered correctly. He also assisted with a hardware problem on our existing Pella windows. We literally called him in the morning and by noon he had personally arrived at our home and took care of the problem. Would definitely deal with Pella in the future without hesitation. Thank you!
