I will definitely be doing business with Meares again. I purchased an item and opted to pick it up from the office. The team that met me was professional and personable, even going so far as to accommodate me while I interrupted what should have been their lunch break since I arrived early. The facility was clean and organized with a sanitation station set up. I appreciate their professionalism and hospitality! The item I purchased was well described and in great condition. Many times at auction you can buy a \pig in a poke\ but the descriptions and supporting photographs were spot on. Thanks for the pleasant experience, I hope to do business with you again soon!

Meares recently conducted an auction for me. Darron and Nichole were so very helpful. They picked up my items and patiently answered all my questions. I could not have been more pleased with the service and the outcome. I would highly recommend them.

Dealing with this establishment as an auction house I found their descriptions to be incomplete and misleading causing the impression that the quantity and quality of their goods was clearly not what they conveyed, using deliberately vague terms. When questions about these the firms owner basically said that whatever conclusions you drew from the descriptions were your problems regardless of the accuracy, so that contained 20 rounds was not described as such although it was misleading described as a box, ie. the way a spam can or crate containing 600 rounds is described as. The owner had no interest in meeting me half way and was clear that dealing with him was buyer beware. I would not deal with this business again under any circumstances. Clearly they misrepresent what they sell and I would have no confidence in their repesentations. The business also has limited knowledge so their descriptions may be due to gross ignorance. They said the markings were cryillic, which soviet bloc nations do not make 303 ammo. The markings were Greek and they did manufacture such ammo. If you can't depend on their representations and they will not stand behind their wares do you really want to do business with such an entity? If you like buying a pig in a poke this is your business.
