The pools themselves are outstanding quality. The problem is installation. We purchased a pool with stairs and sitting area and there is no support under foundation for stairs and sitting area so unfortunately we need to regulate weight of people on stairs and level of water in pool. Cherry Hill would not take responsibility to remediate. I raised this issue and had their lead technologist onsite prior to the decking company installing concrete patio and unfortunately he acknowledged but would not agree to fix. Happy to meet at our place to show anyone planning a new pool how installation has some particularities with this type pool. We still believe fiberglass is potentially a best choice, just realize the installation quality can destroy the value prop.

Excellent! Our pool project is now completed. We are very happy. Of course COVID made the project difficult but Cherry Hill navigated thru all the supplier obstacles and delivered a wonderful pool and patio to our new home. Everyone we dealt with has extremely knowledgable, helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend Cherry Hill as they were highly recommended to us.
We planned this pool experience for 18 years. Through four homes and two different states. We selected Cherry Hill Pools because we were real believers in the Fiberglass pool concept and we were very impressed with the length of the guarantee. The folks from Cherry Hill Pool were willing to work with us on our design ideas, out installation dates, and did everything exactly as they told us they would. It as fast, clean, manageable, reasonably priced, and (Most Importantly) absolutely Beautiful. We are so pleased with the showplace our backyard has turned into and we use the pool all the time. One more thing… Never ever did I ever imagine that the pool would be virtually maintenance free. I spend 10 minutes a week TOTAL emptying the basket and adding a bit of shock. All the maintenance headaches I had ever been told about a pool might be true… But not with my Cherry Hill Pool! Greatest investment I have made for my home!
We had our pool installed by Cherry Hill this past summer and could not have been happier with the whole selection and installation process! While the process was somewhat overwhelming at first, their salespeople and personnel were perfect professionals. They took extra time to walk us through the process and jumped through hoops to ensure that we were getting exactly what we had hoped for. We love our pool! Thanks Cherry Hill!
