Great BJJ school. This is a great place to get started with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The teachers are extremely skilled and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Highly recommended !

Dedeco Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is the best place to go for jiu-jitsu training. If you go to any of Dedeco's schools then you are allowed to train at all of them for no additional cost. Every school I have been to has awesome techniques and everyone is very nice. No matter what level you are at in your jiu-jitsu, or if you are just looking to try it out I would highly recommend stopping by one of the schools to check it out. I can't speak highly enough of the staff and of the other members. Jiu-jitsu is also some of the best exercise I have ever gotten and I know a few other guys that have lost a lot of weight after starting jiu-jitsu. So, if you are considering checking it out then definitely come here!
