The complex is quiet-very quiet-my neighbors are probably the best you can pick-we look out for each other ( package delivery etc). Maintenance is very attentive, respectful and polite. Office team second to none. They help out with all scenarios especially during COVID 19. How many landlords will give you leads to employment? That’s the level of CARING you get at AZURE VILLAS!!!!

Living here is okay... I feel as the rent has gone up but not much has been done around the community. For those of us who have been here for few years still have old appliances and kitchen cabinets are original and the same for bathroom fixtures. The grounds need some love. Thank you

4.5 would give it 5 if there were an option for washer and dryers in the units. Overall very nice and quiet place to live. I have had no issues since moving here. The price and location are excellent. Huge flooor plans. Also wish the bathroom wasn’t located in the bedroom. Other then that management is responsive and maintenance crew is quick and friendly.

I used to live in this complex before moving out of Florida. During my time living there I never had any issues. The office staff one in particular Ms. Solano was very nice extremely helpful and patient when it came to any questions I might have had. Definitely recommending anyone looking for an apartment to go visit her.
