Surfmed continues to amaze us with their level of courtesy and professionalism. Anytime we need something, they go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Every member of their team we have ever spoken actually listens to our concerns and immediately finds us a solution. You can tell everyone there cares about the customers. So lucky to have them as a medical supplier.

My mother is a patient there and I spoke with this lady named Daniela and she honestly had the best customer service In there I loved how she did everything to try and assist my problem. And she got it done, answered all my questions calmly and she’s super friendly! Now every time I call I ask for her. She’s great!

I really just have to take a moment to compliment and commend Alejandro and Rigoberto! Alejandro has been my delivery guy for a while now and he is so awesome, kind, professional and efficient. I met Rigoberto today and he was equally as awesome! They came in the window allotted, were quick and efficient and super nice. I highly recommend just because of them!
