One of the best buying experiences I've ever had. Purchased our E-tron at this location. Besides the car being one of the best cars I've ever driven, the buying experience with Luis Hernandez was impeccable. Extremely patient, informative and knew all the answers and concerns we had about the car. We will 100% be purchasing another car from this location and Luis in the future.

Michael was very helpful but as i mentioned in the previous comments, there are some issues that you need to improve if you want to make the experience more efficient, especially during COVID. The misrepresentation of available vehicles on your site was my biggest complaint. Had my wife not really wanted the vehicle she settled on, we would have likely gone to the another dealer

Someone told me that everyone knows that cars behave once they go to the doctor..!!\u200d️ That was my case this time, after 3 days of testing nothing wrong was found in my car. However, service run out of loaner cars and I got stuck with an smelly Malibu rental from Enterprise, fortunately, I ran into professional and helpful people such as Ms. Brooke Salerno from the service department to help out and I was able to get an Audi loaner while I waited for my car. Next time you talk to your service advisor also talk to her if you are giving a loaner car. Overall, the service team at Audi pembroke pines has been very professional and reliable, I have been doing business with them for the last 8 years or so. 5 stars!
