One star because the customer service is terrible.. they don’t work with you for anything.. lol about the money and don’t treat people right. So I shut my storage down here and took my small stuff somewhere else. Their competitors are cheaper and nicer.. You’ll see prices here rise like crazy soon.. smh.. terrible business. Edited and updated with a photo on 05/06/2020 Came to check my stuff and pick something up and noticed that the gate was wide open.. anyone can drive in or drive out... smooth.. security is top notch here.. good thing we don’t get charged for that. Let me guess? Increase prices to pay for broken gate?
I was helped by Marvin he was very helpful and had great customer service. It was quick and the facilities very clean. Very happy with our experience there today!
