Sad to say I Had a terrible experience. Register machine was acting up & cashier insisted on making me insert my card again & again. Got a call from the bank that they were going to freeze my card for 24 hours because they thought it was suspicious behavior and fraud like that I was asked to insert chip 5 times. Goga had me wait 41 minutes to buy 1 item from the store owner who had to drive from home to store to help the cashier “fix” the system. The store owner had the audacity to ask if she can photograph my card to run it from her other business to make her money. I said absolutely not. After being made to wait.. wasn’t even offered a discount on the top. The system being down might of not been Goga’s fault Bc it can happen to anyone but askin me to wait 5 minutes for the store owner to come meet up with us and instead being there for 35 waiting for her is unacceptable. I Won’t be returning. The waste of time Wasn’t worth 37
