Incompetent guard gate where they take forever to vet visitors. , causing an excessive wait at the entrance. I’m waiting 20 minutes behind 15 cars. No end in sight. I understand having security protocols but no other guard gate takes so long. Also if you do delivery here, they take your ID without wearing gloves (covid violation) and scan and take pictures of your drivers license number and personal information (likely illegal?). They don’t take the id of ups but they’ll discriminate and take the id of doordash and Uber. Great job putting people at high risk for fraud ! Their homeowners association fees are some of the highest in Pembroke Pines. I wouldn’t ever pay the amount they want
