Marcus has been amazing all through. He has been enlightening, supportive, punctual, answers your phone calls with reasonable timing and most of all he was able to get me the correct settlement for my property due to hurricane Irma. Jess in the office has been very nice and helpful always. I am so thankful that I chose them to handle the claim. Hands down!!

Outstanding customer experience! I cannot say strongly enough how pleased I am with Marcus and the team at Hi Grade Insurance Claim Adjuster. When my homeowners carrier sent me a letter saying they would not renew me for the next policy term without a new roof, I believed I had to cover the cost myself and called contractors for an estimate. Then a friend introduced me to Marcus. Together we were able to show that there was significant damage to my roof from a recent storm and he went to bat with my carrier and got a settlement that will cover my new roof.
