This is 1 of my go to spots for good oxtails. They are delicious, portion sizes are good and they aren't stingy with the gravy. The rice and peas and cabbage are good as well. I also hired them to cater a lunch at my job. Everyone loved the food. They were very professional and I highly recommend them for catering as well as for good Jamaican meals.

came in for a casual lunch looking for something with some heat. I ordered the curry chicken lunch special. to be frankly honest the curry chicken was great, but.... the rice and peas definitely separated them from any nearby competition. the rice and peas with gravy were fresh and delicious. you definitely earned yourselves my respect today

To be honest Jamaican food was never on my favorite list of foods. Macca tree makes me a believer in really good Jamaican food. I've always loved the culture but the food was never a fav for me. Macca Tree has AMAZING FOOD!!! From the food, to the soups, desserts, and down to the patties. Everything has good flavors. I also love the customer service! GO TRY THIS PLACE!!! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

As a fellow Jamaican, having a keen sense of Jamaican cuisine, I can clearly vouch for the authenticity and quality of the dishes made at this location. The jerk chicken is on point and is my favorite. Their house jerk sauce is great to use as a dressing or gravy.

So I'm Jamaican. I've long been annoyed at the mediocrity of Jamaican restaurants all around. (Except Chef Tally...go eat that now). When I saw the near 5 star rating...I showed up with the intent of calling BS. Well jokes on me, I'm stuffed but can't stop shovelling this stuff down. I have nearly no need to visit my parents ever again. Love you Mom and Dad.
