Beautiful community with a fabulous team!! Joanna assisted me throughout my leasing process. She was a quick responder, immediately replying to all of my inquiries. She is friendly, personable, professional, and has excellent business acumen! Her style of communication makes the leasing process fluid, and she even anticipated my concerns in having all the answers - sometimes before I even asked the question. She greeted me with a smile and carries a warm cadence making the tour of the property so pleasant. I gave her a very stiff turnaround to be moved in within 1 week and she made it happen!!! I have really enjoyed living in this community. I want to say a \huge thank you\ to Carolina Hurtado in the leasing office. Carolina has been amazing from day one of the leasing process. She's extremely professional, has tremendous people skills, is very polite and always willing to assist no matter what. Carolina is a tremendous asset to this company and they should feel very lucky to have her on their side. Now days there are not many people like her that are sincere and genuinely care.

More than 7 months have passed from our request to the plumbing service, specifically the area where the dishes are scrubbed, the dishwasher has two holes and the sink and drain in others. Maintenance has always responded on time but only none. This is the case that some even telling you that unit 103 of building 7 pins garden city center smells constant of ethanol, product of the bad management of wastewater. Here I hook the photos and the video of how our dishwasher dawns every three or four days without us touching a button for its use, ((the badly managed drain drain accumulates causing toxic gases in the unit. I hook it because I imagine how many more units are suffering the same and maintenance as we answer the same) ..... that is good use it that there is no problem use it .... I put the note that the two little pieces of toilet paper are placed so that they can appreciate the height and volume of the contaminated wastewater.
