Had called them out twice this year first time to fix electrical on motor told us salt system was bad and we be better to buy 2000 new one, don't have money for that due to parents health issues and it was working good enough. Broke a pipe just before the filter had them come out again and they fixed the pipe and without our consent disconecceted the power to the salt system and totally killed the flow of the pool. Don't trust them to come near the pool again

The photo below is the end results of my pool remodeling project. I used Suburban pools and regret it 100%.
This place has changed a lot going from Suburban to Poolwerx .the employees are all new and can't trust them anymore with the products they say you need after testing your water, I've taken samples to another pool company and they said my water was fine after the people at Poolwerx said I needed all kinds of chemicals, I even overheard one of the employees say that they are being pressured to sell more chemicals even though the customer doesn't need it. BUYER BEWARE!
These are guys helped me clear my pool water clarity that other pools stores were unable to resolve my issue. Check them out.
