If you love your pet stay away from this place!!! We brought our puppy there at night because he seemed lethargic and was making this weird head shaking movement. They kept him for 2,5 hours without doing anything and then the vet comes out and literally asks us if the dog had marijuana?!!! Like seriously??? We were told he had signs of intoxication. We got him out of there right away. Turned out he just had fleas!! What kind of vet can not see that a dog has fleas?!!!!

I am eternally grateful to St. Francis Animal Hospital and their fantastic staff for saving my dog, Zekes life. No words and no amount of stars will ever be able to express the amount of gratitude and heartfulness I feel when I think of St. Francis Animal Hospital and specifically, Dulcie, Angie, and Dr. Lewin. If it wasn't for those three incredible genuine human beings giving Zekes the best attention, around the clock care, and love, I don't believe he would be home with my family and me now. St. Francis truly goes the extra step in assuring you each time you call that your pet is getting better or no, not quite yet we still want to see better lab numbers before releasing him. Even to the kindness of Karen, who provided copies of his entire chart records without me asking for them during discharge and providing medication directives. Since Zekes was brought in by our petsitter while we were on vacation, Dulcie made sure to answer all my questions about his progress every time I called for an update. I knew the moment I spoke to her and anyone there for that matter that at St. Francis, they care with love and compassion, and that makes a world of difference! You will always be our family's Angels! Thank you for saving our Zekes! Love the Guerrero Family xoxo

After leaving another emergency vet hospital in hopes of finding a location that made me feel safe and secure with my pet, I stumbled across St. Francis emergency animal clinic. This hospital is nothing short of amazing and they went beyond my expectations, especially after the experience I had prior to this one. Christina was lovely since the moment she answered the phone and was the same throughout the visit, including additional visits back to the hospital. Christina made me feel comfortable and I could tell by the way she treated me that she actually cares. The other workers were great too. I was in and out within 1.5 hours. This hospital is also a lot cheaper than surrounding hospitals. I HIGHLY recommend this hospital, especially over surrounding hospitals (VCA!!!). They are WELL WORTH IT!!!! Please take your pet here! You won’t be disappointed.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Waited 6 hours for them just to tell me they were gonna run blood work. They said my dog was fine and gave her a shot for nausea. Few hours later my dog is still puking everywhere. The doctor was very unprofessional as he was smacking gum while explaining what he was doing.

Being from out of town - didn’t know where to go, but found this place nearby from where we were staying - and So glad we did! Our 5 month puppy swallowed a sock and had to bring him in. Was worried about what would happen, but after only about 45 mins and a reasonable fee, they gave our puppy back like brand new! Gave him medication that got him to “bring up” the sock ... (along with other food items he wasn’t suppose to eat!!!) the young man who assisted was fantastic with check in, explained process (while we waited in the car due to Covid) and bringing him back out to us. For my first emergency vet experience — this place was great.
