Awesome dealership! Props to Jose Otero. He actually brought a car that I was interested in out to my house for me to look at. After agreeing on a price, he had everything ready for me the next day and I was in and out in 30 minutes with my new car. Christopher, the sales manager, actually ended up giving me more for my trade in than we agreed upon. Everyone there went out of their way to accommodate me. I would 100% recommend purchasing a car from Vera.

What a disappointment at Vera Cadillac service , besides the fact that I didn’t receive any type of confirmation on the work being done on my vehicle and upcoming services like when I would need to worried about my tires being due for a change or alignment. The vehicle wasn’t vacuumed at all!!, I would think they would at least vacuum and place a paper mate on the driver side to prevent the carpet from being dirty. They wiped down certain glossy areas inside the vehicle with a dirty rag because it left streak marks and after running my finger across it my finger was BLACK ! How disgusting especially during a world pandemic you would think a car dealer ship servicing a top tired GM brand would do so much better. The process of making the appointment was also less than desirable and annoying

I just want to clarify this is my first time financing a car and I was welcomed with open arms and especially with Salesman Mikey I felt even more comfortable he provided patience along with recommendations giving me security that I’m not getting robbed like other dealers. in the same week another dealership gave a bad taste in my mouth but going to VERA and doing business with them it changed my mind on how I felt with financing.. I highly recommend this dealer for all your needs in service and car buying!!!!!!

I did not expect to get a car when I got into the dealership. Was only window shopping and thought my budget would not work with what I wanted. As soon as I walked in, I met Ricardo: a non-pushy, friendly guy with a thick Brooklyn accent who really made everything so easy. I had been to 4 other dealerships before this one over the weekend, no one compared. Reasons are many, some of them are that he actually listened. Many others pretend to, but they eventually spin it to their sales process. Second, he played on my terms, not theirs. I've found that many places involve an intake process before they talk numbers or let you take a test drive. Not here. No commitment to anything, making you feel you can walk away at any time. Numbers were actually transparent! I am not sure if this was exclusive to Ricardo's personality and approach or part of the \Vera experience\ - either way, I left the dealership extremely happy in my new Cadillac AND ended up getting a better deal than less expensive vehicles I had looked at. For me, the numbers mattered most - but it probably wouldn't have happened if not for the experience Ricardo provided.

OMG!\ Finally a pleasant and excellent car buying experience. Vera Cadillac Buick GMC made this so simple. There is such a friendly atmosphere at Vera Cadillac. They made me feel like I was part of the Vera family. From Lorenzo Piquet my salesman, to Gus Rodriguez the Service Director and Chris Cobos-Vera the General Manger these guys are the best. Professionalism best describes this entire staff. My car buying process was stress-free and painless. The customer service was above and beyond exceptional. I was in and out with my new vehicle in less than 2 hours. These guys are the BEST in South Florida. Therefore, in the future I will recommend and continue to shop at Vera Cadillac. Trust me, you'll want to be part of the Vera family too.
