Broke my finger and had to have surgery but unfortunately had to have my wedding ring cut off. They were able fix it while making it larger for me. They even did a great job matching the pattern on the band. Very happy with the results!

Today I visited South Shore Diamond Exchange in Pembroke for the first time. For years I enjoyed jewelry shopping at Premier jewlers in Kingston where the staff was friendly and knowledgeable but the owner operators have retired this past year. I thought I would miss the welcoming not big box feel that I was used to until I walked in the door at SS Diamond Exchange. I was greeted by a pleasant sales representative that was extremely patient with my uncertainty(a husband). She listened to my ideas and helped me with a choice that I am very pleased with. I have now found a new home for all of my jewelry needs(my wife's). I highly recommend South Shore Diamond Exchange in Pembroke.

I’ve been taking some very sentimental pieces to SSDE for years to be repaired and they always do a fantastic job. They really understand how important certain pieces are and put a great deal of thought and care into their work. Very pleasant experience at Southshore! Rob, and Courtney were extremely accommodating to all of my needs and went above and beyond to to get the perfect engagement ring for me! My husband lost his wedding band (claddagh with a diamond in the center.) He said he felt like a piece of him was missing. (We have been married for 33 years). I showed pictures of it to South Shore Diamond Exchange and they were able to make an exact duplicate of it. It was the best Christmas gift ever. He said he finally felt whole again. Thank you!
