Wouldntyou Like2know

I feel inclined to post a review. I hit the 20 pound mark today and it took me about a month and a half. 185 to 165 lbs. Being 5’3 that’s a big feat. I went from not working out at all to working out 6 days a week at the gym and one at home. The thing that got me going was the group class pass. More specifically Debbies Zumba classes. You can tell she runs a dance studio. More than anything you can tell she absolutely loves what she does. That makes a huge difference when you really don’t know what the heck you’re doing. She’s also very good at giving direction on which steps are next for those that don’t know what the steps are. Keep up because that woman knows how to move ha ha. Anyway back to the club. We live in Athena so I can go to the Y if I really wanted. Which I have. All I can say is the only feeling I got from the Y is “big box store”. The staff at round up athletic are friendly and you can tell truly want to help. The people that go there are friendly and it feels like being at home every time I go in. I would highly recommend this club to anyone wanting to get in shape.

The RAC has friendly staff that are always helpful and amazing personal trainers. It's really a great workout facility considering we're in Eastern Oregon. I'm glad we have it in Pendleton!
