I liked the guy who came out to look at the job on a Friday. He assured me “This is exactly what we do” and he spent a lot of time with me discussing the details and said I’d have a proposal by Tuesday. It went downhill from there. I had to mercilessly hound this company to provide a proposal and didn’t revive one until almost three weeks later. I then had a simple question that they never responded to despite more phone calls and emails. I signed the proposal despite not having had my question answered and then had to call again to schedule. I scheduled and then heard nothing again. I called and they asked me if the surveyed had been out. I’m supposed to know this? It came to Wednesday of the week they were supposed to start and still I had heard nothing so I called and canceled the 5k job. The customer service was awful to say the least. Never an apology for the delays or lack of communication. Never spoke to the owner. They couldn’t care less and wasted 6 weeks of my time. I’d never consider reaching out to them again for work on any of my properties and will happily give my money to a company who cares about customers.

Horrible customer service. Hugh lack of attention to detail. Butchers the grass and messy mulch work. Owner seems to have lost intrest in his responsibilities and not admit to his or his crews wrong doings. Honestly would never recommend Greg's to anyone.
Greg's Landscaping did some pasture restoration work for me. I couldn't be any more pleased with the job. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The proposal was extremely fair and the work ethic of the guys operating the equipment was incredible. Their work quality was exceptional. It exceeded my expectations. Would highly recommend this company.
I had two walkways taken out and new brick block walkways installed They did a very professional job and we love it
