I have come up here 3 times, every time closed closed early closed for holidays that aren't the day of holidays this place sucks worse the the state itself.

I would recommend coming here to anyone. Every single person that I had contact with was above and beyond helpful and friendly. Several of them just in walking past me checked to see what I was there for and made sure that myself, along with everyone else waiting had what we needed. Even listening to the interactions with other customers at the other counters was impressive. Helpful, professional, friendly, and quick! I will not hesitate to come here in the future.

The staff was friendly. The wait time was a lot shorter than I anticipated it would be. I mean, it is the DMV. But all in all, my visit was not as bad as I expected it would be.
