I live at a property they manage and had some issues with my kitchen sink and one of my toilets leaking, as well as the floor in another upstairs bathroom coming apart. It’s an old beach house, and while charming, needed a little TLC. Once I told my property manager (Jennifer) about everything, she got the right people out here to assess and fix the issues with very little turnaround. The repairs were completed expediently, and everything seems to be holding up well and stronger than ever before. I just wanted to reach out and thank Jennifer for her professionalism and thorough pragmatism in helping us remedy the issues that we had. And also for her patience and superlative communication with me that helped me understand the process of how home work orders are carried out. She knows what she's doing and I'm happy to feel like we're in good hands knowing that she oversees the operations at our property. Cheers.

My roommate and I finished moving out of the unit we lived in for a year and part of the pleasant experience we had there was due to Jennifer Woods. She was very diligent with keeping up with our HOA to fix a plumbing problem that occurred and was always easy to reach and wonderful to work with. Jennifer was very timely and dedicated to making sure we were happy and comfortable. I am so glad we lived in a unit that was managed my Penny Realty and Jennifer :) We didn’t move out due to any issues, we simply moved out because we each purchased a home Thank you again Jennifer for the positive experience!
