This is the third time we have deep fried insects in our chips. Going to change brands.

Sorry to say but isn't very tasty. It would make a good mixer for a Bloody Mary if you add some spice.

Yooooo! Penny’s! I tried your restaurant style from Albertsons. It could be soooo dang good except you add chili flakes to bump the heat up to medium?? Why not just include a few extra pepper seeds? I’m sure it’s a little more labor intensive but dang, it’s so friggin tasty otherwise. Would be a 5/5 otherwise.

We got the salsa from our Smith Brothers farm order and had no idea that this was a local company. My wife and I loved it and were reading the label and were excited to see how close to us you were Great job everyone we love it! We will be getting more when we go shopping!

The best Pico de Gallo! We have been enjoying it for a few years now. Opened up a new factory-sealed 1.4L today and found a nice long black hair mixed in with the product. Totally gross. But the Pico de Gallo is so delicious we ate some anyway.

I am not writing this review to be rude or contrarian, but I have tried several of Penny's Salsas and I'm just not a fan. I'm all about supporting small family businesses and I'm glad they source their products locally and make their product in small batches - that's all awesome and totally the way to do it! But.. something is just off about their salsa. Take the "Hot" salsa they sell for example, it's not hot. The ingredients list no hot peppers used to make it, only "spices" so it's no wonder it's not hot. There's also something canned-tasting about it. I have to imagine it's the tomato sauce they use. I would love to see them add some fresh hot peppers to their hot salsa, ditch the tomato sauce, and bring some garlic into the equation. I think their salsa has a lot of potential to be better. I'll be keeping my eye out!
