When trying to order the staff just walked away. One employee finally came back and asked what I wanted. Was told they were out of everything except 4 pretzels and a thing of pretzel bites. I continued to order and then the she walked away again. Came back once again got my pretzel. I ordered a pretzel, bites and med drink. Went to pay and was not told the price. She snatched my card and ran it and walked away again. Was never given a price or a receipt. I asked her for the receipt and was told the machine did not work. Apparently the o my thing in this store that worked is the card reader. 12 dollars for extremely rude and incompetent service.

I wish I could give zero stars. Employees Tia (orange hair) and Simone (dark hair with glasses) are INCREDIBLY rude. When we asked for the manager, we were told they weren't working and no one knew when they would be back. Such an awful experience. This is the fourth time this week that I've been to this location and I've received awful service every single time by both Tia and Simone. They have gone out of their way to mouth off and backtalk us when ordering. Harvey was polite and considerate to interact with.
This is by far a really good location. I was scrolling through the comments and realized it’s just people who don’t get their way and the get upset about it. Just the other day I was in line and this lady came back to complain that her pretzel bucket didn’t look like the one displayed. I already know most of the people here are lying or over exaggerating their review. I have been really pleased with the service I’ve received from there. And to name a few( I apologize if I misspell any names). Harvey has been a pleasure taking to, Juda has an energetic attitude like my son that really makes my day. I look forward to coming back to this location to get some more pretzels
Employee I encountered with was rude and had an attitude when I presented my buy 1 get coupon. Also, I don't think I've seen more than 2 pretzels here and the ones that are I stock are burnt. They say they dont make the raisin pretzel anymore either! What???? Why not?? That's part of your brand! This is why I cant keep coming back to this branch. I wish the one in walmart on Creighton was still open. They at least had decent amount of pretzels and is super nice.
Horrible horrible customer service by Tia and Simone. Too bad I can't give a zero star review. They make this place a dump. Both should be fired with their rude attitudes toward customers. I have been here several times and everytime they're working they give extreme attitude. Simone refuses to wear a name tag and when asked for her name she said she can't give personal information out. The manager should really look into finding people who can actually smile and be nice to the customers. Harvery on the other hand smiled and was attentive to his customer's needs.
5 minutes means 15 here because they have no concept of time. If I ask for 2 of something, I dont mean 1. I mean 2. They can't even do basic math here. However, they did remember to charge me for everything.
The pretzels taste so good! But, today, the employee LICKED HER FINGERS after putting my pretzels in a cup with her bare hands!!! So gross. I wonder how many other times she has done this, if it is habit enough to do it right in front of customers. Probably won't go to this branch again, especially if I see her working.
I would give them no stars.Had the coupon for auntie Anne's days 7/27/2019 and they were out of pretzels and wouldn't give me the bites instead, since they were not making anymore pretzels for the day. Not satisfied with the service I received from them at all.
