CSI is an awesome collection company. The website access is great because I can view patient account balances and ask questions without having to speak with a live representative. They have an excellent staff and answer every question that I have quickly. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a collection service. I have absolutely love working with collection services Inc. The employees that have worked here and currently working here always go above and beyond. Whether working up front with support, keeping the network, phones, and computers running all the time, talking with clients to return money that they thought they never will get, helping consumer work with their budget to get their bills paid off. Even when just taking out the trash and keeping the office maintain, they always try to do their best. You couldn't find a better handful of workers and managers - especially Mrs A and Mr. Powell. Hate to see how it ended for this company, but the experience and memories i had with this business, I will always remember.
