Oh how I love Hobby Lobby! I've always loved hobby stores. When I was a child my Mama, used to say, \Diane do you need some art supplies?\ The answer was always YES! Now my husband takes me and I can spend hours looking at all the art supplies and home decorations at Hobby Lobby. Surprisingly, my husband enjoys the store too.

Be careful going into this store. Plan your time accordingly as you will more than likely spend way more in there than you anticipated. Prices are pretty fair and every week they have 50% off different items!

When prefixing up my fishing leaders, we have been buying some small plastic ziplock bags from Walmart crafting Department while buying our fishing gear. But this time the support person in the department advised that they would no longer carry them. So my roommate said that he didn't know where he could find them, and I didn't know either. So I made a suggestion to stop by Hobby Lobby and sure enough they had them.

I had to search for assistance more than 3 times. There were staff on the floor but they seem to be there to just stock because they don't ask if you need assistance and when you ask they don't know what to answer. Even after explaining something three times to one of them , they kept insisting the item was from a different area and therefore was not on sale. ( it didn't have a price tag .) also the employee seemed put off and they weren't a young kid. He wore a loose bandana as a mask that clearly wasn't working as he kept adjusting it. As I stood there, up front, and waited for him to discover the price, I counted at least 28 people coming into the store without masks and many more in line. I ended up purchasing something and also ordering online. Instead of a customer service desk they had me go to complete my online order at a cash register line. I could have been in line that entire time I was waiting if I had known that!. Also, they have you pick up at the store instead of sending it to your home for no shipping charge as most places do. When I went back to pick up the item , I had to wait inline to let them know I was there to pick up an item. Then she had me step aside and I waited for the item to be brought out. When my order was brought out she had me go wait in line again but this time to pay. Either their employees don't know what they're doing, their policy and procedures suck or both! I give the merchandise the stars but this store and it's staff a big fat 0. Save yourself the frustration and just order online and pay the fees. I would've paid the fee 3 times over had unknown it would be like this in store. They certainly don't seem to value their customers.
