This company’s surveys never stand up in court, title insurance won’t touch these guys, if you need something done dishonest of if you want numbers fudged call this place, but it won’t go far in court, as I said most titles companies won’t back klm surveys! They won’t put down rods down just gps locations, because there data is skewed
worst survey company ever they dug up my 80 year old neighbors corner property marker and threw it up in the bushes! They cut limbs off trees that were well on private property for no reason, not in any line of sight. They left all the limbs they cut laying all over the place for some one else to clean up.They dug large holes looking for property markers they could not find. they were looking in the wrong spot the last 4 survey company had no problem finding the markers.Holes every where for old people to fall over. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. they will not call me back. so i must leave this for them.
They got us worked out so we could close on our house. Great company
