First time using them for service and I'm very happy with the work they did. I had an intermittent Boot-Looping issue that had been driving me nuts. They very patiently took the time to explain to me the reasoning behind their fix and made sure I understood what was being done. They completed the work ahead of schedule and got my PC back up and running. I'm very happy to support local small business would use them again.

Palafox Computers has the knowledge to understand, diagnose and expertly reprogram, and or repair, the complex innermost workings of computers. It does not matter who or what causes the problem, they will not point fingers, they will fix the problem so you are up and running as soon as possible. In one situation after we had picked up our lap top, there was still an issue needing to be resolved, they simply figured it out and took care of it quickly. We later needed software installed which had a very short deadline requirement for installation, although it was our fault, they bailed us out and installed it while we waited. Note: we drive a distance to get to Palafox Computers but, their customer service and quality of work makes it worth the effort. Kyle, Rey, Donnie, Darren, Edwin and Christina have teamed up to assist us on numerous occasions with different computers and issues always with complete success, for that, we cannot thank them enough. My custom liquid cooled gaming PC broke in transit during a move. Liquid had spilled from the cooling system and corroded the motherboard. I called a bunch of stores in the area and no one would touch it - until I called Palafox Computers. They told me to drop it off that day, and a week later it was ready to be picked up.. Good as new. Donnie really knows what he is doing, and I can now confidently say (as someone that's built many complex computers) there is no where else I'd even consider going for computer work. This is the ONLY store in town that can DEFINITELY fix your computer. Whatever your problem is, it's not as complex as mine was. THEY SOLVED IT HANDEDLY. Ask for Donnie.
