Outstanding service a d work
Phelps has done several headliners for me and recovered the seats on my Chevy towtruck. Everything looked perfect.
They reupholstered the drivers seat in my Cavalier and did a fantastic job, made me wish I'd had them do all of them. The price was very fair as well. Highly recommended
I took my 1973 chevy caprice convertible to mr phelps almost 2 years. To redo my convertible rack and put on a new top and motor etc. I had the car there when he gave me a price. He told me that it will be 2 weeks before he can start. I ask can i just leave the car. He said yes. I took him all my own parts the next day plus he order some more. I needed major work done on my car. I was very patient with him for the first year, Till i started seeing cars that came in after me and got done before me. I always call him every couple of months. And he will give me a finish date. After 3 or 4 times. I got fed up i started writing him text messages to have evidence. Again 3 times he told me a date again. And it wasn't finish. So i just told me i felt like he didn't respect as a customer or a person and that i felt like i didn't have a car anymore. He told me to come last Friday and it will be done. And that i didnt owe him the last 300. I get there the top is on but still not working after 2 years. Sad part is my car was out in the weather for 2 years. I hear he good at small jobs but if you need major work ill take it johnsons or another job..
