My husband who is wheelchair bound needed a van because he could no longer go from his wheelchair to the car. It's too hard for him to stand. After a lot of help from our daughter, thank you Melanie we love you. We bought a very expensive van from a local company. After months of issues, including them relocating without telling us, we were having constant problems with the van and wheelchair locking system. A neighbor who is a vietnam veteran. GOD BLESS HIM. Told us to call Team Adaptive. They told us it would be at least 2 weeks before they could see us. But when I told them the problems I was having and I felt unsafe they had me and Joel come out the same day. They had everything fixed pretty quickly. It was the first time we truly felt safe using the van that they they didn't even sell us. God bless Team Adaptive and my neighbor.

Team Adaptive in Pensacola is my last stop for care with my wheelchair lift. Ashley and Ken go way beyond what is required to insure the customer is cared for and happy.. They made me feel I was their only customer and made several trips to my location to fix my lift well enough to get it to their shop. I won't go any where else to get my lift serviced as it is my lifeline to the world of mobility . Thanks Team Adaptive and Ashley and K.ken

Literally from an adaptive fork (as in the eating utensil) to a brand new 2019 Chrysler Pacifica wheel chair van, Ashley from Team Adaptive provided it for us. They can be your first and last stop for adaptation needs. They certainly are ours.
