I took my iPad Pro 2017 to Technologies for Tomorrow, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Sam knew exactly what was going on with my tablet, and even though he wasn’t able to fix my iPad Pro, he gave me suggestions, explained why it couldn’t be fixed (software stuck in recovery mode), and didn’t charge me for the diagnostic check since it was my first visit there. I know that I will be taking my Apple products here if I ever have any other technical issues and will definitely suggest them to my friends and family. Thank you again, Sam!

So my IPhone 11 was not working and was stuck on the load up screen with the apple logo, I had went to Best Buy and AT&T store and they both had an hour wait. During the hour wait I someone had recommended this place and I kid you not it took them 20 minutes and they did it free of charge, the man who helped me at the front desk was incredibly nice and knew he stuff. Not only did he help me free of charge he seemed to really enjoy it from now on I will only be going here and I recommend everyone to as well.
This place is EXCEPTIONAL! My Macbook Pro stopped working after only having it for a few months, and the worker Erik suggested they send it to apple since it was under warranty. Because of this I was able to get my Mac fixed for free! They shipped it to Apple for me and ran diagnostics. Upon picking it up (my Mac was perfect by the way) I also let them fix my phone screen. Super fast service, It was done in about 35 minutes and I couldn’t have asked for a better job. They use all Apple parts and completely restored my phone to factory quality. I couldn’t ask for more professional service, they were happy to answer all my questions. GO HERE for any broken tech, don’t waste time and money at the pop-up tech shops!
I was very impressed with this shop. Everyone was following the CDC COVID Recommendations in full. All staff were pleasant, even if just a welcoming nod as they passed through reception/lobby. Eric, who quickly got my iPhone working after my previous call to Apple was of no help and even pessimistic to whether phone was repairable, was very professional, and careful that I understood the repair. He waited to make sure the Apps were downloading before I departed. He explained the complete reload would take several hours. And if I had problems, to contact him. The cost of my repair was very reasonable. I recommend Technology for Tomorrow at the highest level. Much better Customer Service than a Big Box store.
