If you are a picky customer like me, you probably know how hard it would be to spend thousands of dollars on something you might have for years! I believe I would make any sales consultant tired of the number of requests, questions, and dilemmas I have purchasing any product! But this is the first time I am writing a review to share my positive experience purchasing a car for the first time in my life:). I bought a 2021 Honda HR-V with Honda Penske, and my experience was fantastic. I have special thanks to Patrick Hammer, a talented guy in the business, for his guidance and patience. Patrick patiently explained everything in detail, all the potential options we could have and helped me make the right decision for me. Patrick helped me build trust with Honda Penske by being respectful and professional with a customer and also knowledgeable and passionate about his work. I am so happy with the experience with this group. I defiantly recommend receiving a consultant with Patrick. The finance manager, Doug was also respectful and transparent about the financial aspect of the car. I had a fantastic experience with Honda Penske and I couldn't have been happier with my experience!

I was so very impressed with the service I received at Penske Honda. From the initial walk-in to how I was treated and cared for every step of the way. Everyone was friendly, patient, timely and checked-in on me every step of the way. I am now driving a new Honda CR-V and absolutely love it. Being a first-time buyer, the sales staff were more than willing to answer all of my questions and spend lots of time with me in the signing process. I had gone to other dealerships, but it was at Penske where I felt like each staff member wanted to take time with me so I fully understood every step of the process. A special shoutout to Bob B. and Steve for helping me get into the perfect vehicle. I so appreciate you guys and hope to do future business with you as well!
The smoothest car buying process I’ve ever experienced at a dealer. I bought a new 2020 Honda Civic from them and they were fair and made the entire experience stress free and straight forward, from the salesman (Song Park), to the financial department. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I will definitely be giving them business in the future.
I was browsing cars online, and found this beautiful 2018 Civic Si from Penske. Todd was incredibly helpful in showing the car and answering my questions. Unfortunately I cannot remember the finance guy's name, but he made the process as painless as possible. All in all, I was happy with my visit and thrilled with the car!
Not your typical experience with a car dealer. Brian B. was not pushy, but got the product sold. He kept me informed the entire time. I went in on a Monday and checked out a car. He had many options tailored to my needs. He didn’t try to talk me into a higher cost vehicle. Definitely would recommend him and the Honda dealership.

I bought a 2021 Ridgeline from Penske Honda. It was an excellent transaction, as the majority of the sale consisted of a couple of phone calls, and an email or two. They quoted me a fair price for my trade, and the sale price of the vehicle I purchased was great! When I arrived, my salesman Nick did exactly what he said he would do, and the whole deal took less than an hour! It was definitely worth the two hour drive!
This is the third car I've bought or leased from Penske Honda, and the first new car. Every time, the process has been easy, I've gotten to work with the same folks each time - Brian and Ira - and I feel listened to and supported throughout the process. I'm very happy with the car, the process, and the support of the team at Penske.
