The attending male nurse was more concerned about me using the ER instead of seeing my doctor. He lectured me about the cost to insurance and made me feel worse than I as already did. I was suffering from a cough that had gotten so bad by Night that the pain throughout my chest and back became severe. I'm not sure how my Dr could have helped me with a problem that developed late in the evening and required medical intervention. The Dr and rest of the staff were fine.

This place is awesome! I almost didn’t want to write a review because I wanted to keep it a hidden gem but it was too good not to share. From the moment I walked in today to the moment I left, I was treated like I was the only patient there. The staff is extremely caring, efficient, and knowledgeable. Less than 5 minutes to be seen and in less than 2 hours I had an IV, full lab work up, CT scan, and diagnosis. That is almost unheard of in an emergency medical facility. To the staff, thank you so much for a painless experience today. Will definitely use you again if needed.

If you ever need to go to an emergency room..this is the best one to go to hands down! In fact, this is the best and quickest emergency room I have ever been to. Unfortunately for me, I come here frequently almost every month with extreme nausea and vomiting /scromiting from a stomach problem I haven't found the answers to quite yet, but this hospital staff is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE and have helped me in so many ways each time I am there. When I usually get there, they rush me back as soon as i come in, I never have to wait more then 5 minutes! I am always in extreme pain when I arrive and the amount of quickness these nurses and doctors use to make sure i get the meds that i need asap so that i can start feeling better is so appreciated. I always remember Rose, (because thats my grandmothers name and my middle name), a nurse who always puts her patients first and is such a sweetheart, she usually has an understanding of how much pain im in and always seems to keep me positive through it. There are a few more nurses that are incredible as well but i'm always in a lot of pain so its been hard to remember their names, but once I find out ill be editing this post because they deserve all the love as well! Dr. Dean is so personable and always makes me feel like im going to be okay. Not only are these doctors and nurses amazing, but they remember me each time and make sure to tell me they think of me from time to time. That means the world to me. Not only are they caring for me in the hospital but they think and hope for my recovery when im not there. 5 stars isn't enough! Thank you for everything you all do!!!
