Went to ask some questions about water clarity for my Koi/Goldfish pond. The owner is meticulous and his fish and ponds are beautiful. Plan to use his services in the future.
Cool looking place.. Nice guy that helped me.. The prices are crazy high (literally 2x the online price after a discount).. Closer to 3x the price before the discount.. the thing I can't believe is that I always check prices no matter where I am but I felt so comfortable there that I went with it and almost threw up when I got home and looked it up online. If we are talking in the hundreds for one item with that increase.. That's just price gouging.
Compared to the other backyard businesses, this was the most awesome. All questions were answered. Prices were a little high but you get what you pay for. Will be back. You have to see the display of fish!
Great Costumer Service! Spoke to someone about pond liners and even though he wasn't directly able to help me, he still gave me a few numbers to call and was very nice and friendly about it.
