Worst city ever, fined 290 for a boat parked in public view. Code enforcement claimed they left 2 written notices, but they where never received and on the dates on the citation the boat had been gone for over 2 weeks. Don't live in Peoria!!!! They try everything they can to take your money, and take away your property rights.
