Home Team technician falsified documents stating they did services. He rang the doorbell I answered and said I didn’t want services. He gave me a statement showing -0- due. They charged my account today!!! Then when I called, they informed me they have my checking account on file so they must saved my information from a previous payment without my knowledge!!! But then they said they can’t refund or reverse payment for their mistake. They have to issue a check with takes forever. I will never use them again!!! Worst service ever

Very courteous sales and tech personnel. I have just begun using this service but am already very pleased with their responsive and ability to come to my house quickly for services. Based on what I know I would recommend to my friends and family.

Seth came to our home for our quarterly service. Seth called a half hour prior to arrival and upon arrival Seth looked over our property and let me know everything looked good. It is through the field staff like Seth’s professionalism and courtesy that HomeTeam Pest continues to shine. We are on our 15th year of service with HomeTeam and we are always impressed with the professionalism of the field staff. Jessica was also very helpful when I called and once again made me appreciate all the staff at HomeTeam Pest.
