We bought floor for our house here and Mathew helped us. He is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He has always been nice and even remembered what we bought the last time we were in the store when we had to come back for stair nose. I sure hope this place pays him well! Ask for Mathew if you want some good help when you come here!

I love this place. It has been stressful trying to remodel before the holidays, but Edgar & Mathew have made the job easier. They both are friendly and professional. They seem to be very knowledgeable about their products. I understand it's hard to get shipments with Covid & the holidays. Mine wasn't being shipped until January 8. I was upset and Edgar offered to check other locations and found a cancelled order. My flooring was delivered the very next day. Mathew went above and beyond as well in helping me match some tile samples to my beautiful new floors! This is my second major purchase from LL. I'll keep going back. I highly recommend LL Flooring and especially this location!

Justin and his staff were knowledgeable and made me feel welcome and comfortable with my purchase. Walking me thru the entire process with ease. They kept in mind my budget and worked with me to make sure I got the flooring I wanted. The entire experience exceeded even my highest expectations. I needed about 1700 sq feet of flooring. I purchased EVP Driftwood Hickory after going back and forth on styles. They made sure I had all of the information I needed to make this decision! I will be coming back here and recommending this to all of my friends! I will post an update after I pick up the flooring on that process!

Edgar and staff are the easiest to work with. Our floors could have been purchased closer to us, but Henderson was rude to work with. These guys are the real deal and wonderful to work with.
