My wife and I walked in looking for guidance and wisdom with helping us pick vines and shrubs for our backyard remodel. Erick Martens approached us immediately and I was blown away. It was some of the best customer service is have ever received in my life. He was so patient educating us about all of the plants. He was detailed from explaining how fast they grow and how much maintenance and clean up they require. The list goes on. I eventually learned he has worked there 8 years and it shows. You can tell he has an obvious passion for what he does and that he loves his job. I’ll be coming to Moon Valley Nursery for all my landscaping needs and this location specifically thanks to him. We appreciate this company!!

Very satisfied with the professionals at Moon Nurseries Peoria. We are new to AZ and were looking to add a lemon tree to the backyard. They were extremely helpful as we picked out our tree and arranged for its delivery and planting. On the day of planting, Joe Vega and the entire crew made quick work planting out tree and were gracious in answering our questions regarding care. First rate experience all around. My wife and I highly recommend!
NO SERVICE after the sale.. spent 2000 on 3 trees and in thirty days after planting one looks like it is dying!!! Spoke to Alano 3 days ago and he wanted pictures sent to him. I asked him if the number on his card was his cell and could accept txt and pictures!
Best place to do business. Very knowledgeable, extremely patient and helpful. Best flowers and trees and help you with the right plant/tree for your location. I will be going back there again. That's for sure Sherman
I recently visited Moon Valley at Peoria/pinnacle peak location. Eric Martens was there to assist me with this great experience. He has a great customer service ethics. He was very professional and knowledgeable to explain planting steps. He assisted me immediately and stayed with me through my visit. I will definitely go back to buy some more fruit trees. Eric made It enjoyable purchasing experience, and he has very good service quality to the extent I found myself buying more plants. Lol. I love the place you go and find someone make you feel you are welcomed and very important. I can’t even express my gratitude to this young gentleman. Eric you left a good impression. I’m so impressed. I will definitely will come back for more plants. Blade Fiser was great too. He assisted me with loading the plants I got into my small car. He was great taking care of simple details from wrapping the plants to gently putting them in my car leaving no scratch. He was so nice young gentleman with a smiley face and professional attitude. He was pleasant to work with. He is for sure a keeper. Thank you Blade for assisting me. Saba.
