O’Brien Lexus of Peoria had the RX350 I was looking for at less than anyone within 300 miles. Originally, I went there for the price but I bought from them because of the service. They did the best job of creating an experience for the customer. This vehicle I purchased was certified and looked brand new. Their detailers did an amazing job reconditioning this vehicle. It looked better than any other certified vehicles I have seen. O’Brien Lexus feels more like you are invited into someone’s home and not a battleground like entering most dealerships. Danielle is not the typical car salesperson (what will it take to get you in this car today). She asked questions to find out what I wanted. She was more of a consultant guiding me down the correct path for me. She helped me. She made the experience about me. She was not pressuring me. (She also has a cabinet full of snacks if you get hungry). Danielle didn’t treat me like a transaction. She was fair and fun to deal with. I highly recommend her and would happily send her referrals. Other sales people chat with me and I was probably offered something to drink from 4 different people. These salespeople weren’t making a dime off me but still made me feel welcome. Leslie in finance did not pressure me to buy this or that. There were not any “lot fees” or other fake fees thrown in. We talked about bikes and family. Leslie explained the financial documents to my understanding (which I appreciate). Finally , Brandon walked me through all the features of the RX. He too was all about customer service. He took as much time as I needed and also said to call/text/email anytime. He wants to be a resource to help me understand all the technology of this vehicle. Go here first if you want the best service. You too will be impressed.

Very decent service. My car had a safety recall so the dealer quickly arranged a pickup of my car and left me with a loaner car. The entire process only took roughly half a day for them to pick my car up, get the services done and send my car back.
