I went to this office because it was close to my house. I needed a broken tooth extracted and they said over the phone they could do that. They even got me in the same day which was amazing. But after x-rays, the Dr. Conrad said the he could extract but refused to and said he would have to refer me to an oral surgeon because extraction was barbaric and he could save the teeth. I had another tooth that had the same issue but wasn't as bad. So rather than listening to what the customer wanted, he pressured me into saving the teeth (160 vs 3000) so we started with build ups of the 2 bad teeth. Crowns are 500 each I couldn't afford them and told him before any work. Now 11 days later, the build up on the tooth I wanted pulled has come out and I have a worse hole in my tooth than before. And I'm out 175. Don't go here unless you can give the dentist full reign of your finances and money is not an issue for you.

Every time I come in this office i can't wait to leave! I don't care for the dentist at all... He was rude and abrasive. The orthodontist is nice but one of the assistants is rough with my daughter's braces and she hurts every time she adjusts her. Now they are adding a copay onto every visit in the name of covid even though I have CONTRACT with a agreed price for the braces. So now on top of paying monthly EVERYTIME the see my daughter o have to cough up more money. Being a single mom I am irate!!! My son's needs braces and I will find somewhere else to go!!! One star is all the deserve.

What an amazing office to have a visit with! The front office staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The hygienist is an incredible person to work with and very caring. The dentist knows that not everyone can or wants to do all procedures in one sitting and is very understanding and kind. I would 100% recommend this office to any and all who need dental work done. Looking forward to a long relationship with these wonderful people. Thank you Perfect Teeth!!

My husband and I have been going to Perfect Teeth for years now. We absolutely love the doctors and staff. They make us feel welcomed and address all of our concerns. My husband has been seeing Dr. Conrad for quite a while and absolutely loves him. And I’ve been seeing Dr. Shyon at the Waddell location and he is amazing!! Highly recommend!!
